Niall is an honours graduate in Law of Trinity College Dublin 1981. He specialises in the provision of a range of private and commercial client services. He was Vice Chairperson Employment Appeals Tribunal 1997-98 and Vice Chairperson of the Divorce Action Group 1987 -95.
